Contessa Slat-Back Style Built for Outdoor Seating.
The OD810 SS Contessa 2 Swivel Stool brings the recognizable Contessa vertical slat-back design to outdoor residential and commercial spaces. Its frame is constructed from 16-gauge, 1.25-inch 304 stainless steel tubing with solid MIG-welded joints and stainless steel hardware. The stool is independently tested to support up to 550 lbs. and meets applicable ANSI/BIFMA furniture standards.
The cushioned seat combines 2.5 inches of high-resilience, U.S.-made foam with a moisture-resistant polycarbonate seat core and Breeze marine-grade vinyl selected for outdoor applications. PermaBlok® Plus+ provides additional protection for the upholstery, while PermaCool™ technology is designed to reduce heat buildup in the seating surface.
The Contessa 2 is available with our S-360 swivel for continuous 360-degree rotation or an optional Memory swivel that rotates 180 degrees and returns to its original position. Both options provide swivel seating without changing the stool’s outdoor-focused stainless steel frame construction.
