Every XL model features our strong 16-gauge steel frame with solid MIG welded joints for added durability. The extra-wide seat and large base provide comfort, stability, and easier access—tested to hold up to 750 lbs.
A smooth 360-degree swivel comes standard, with an optional memory return swivel for added ease in busy or shared spaces. Choose from many tough powder coat finishes that hold up well in high-use areas.
Available in counter, bar, and custom heights, the XL Contessa 2 comes with a solid oak or maple wood seat—sustainably sourced from U.S. forests—or a padded seat in your choice of commercial-grade vinyl or fabric. All upholstery options meet top fire safety standards, are GREENGUARD certified, PFAS free, and meet California Section 01350 rules for low chemical emissions—reflecting our commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible material use in furniture applications.
